The adored co-host of NBC\u2019s \u201cToday,\u201d Sheinelle Jones, is dealing with a devastating personal loss when her husband of 17 years, Uche Ojeh, passed away at the age of 45. This heartfelt announcement was made during the May 23 edition of \u201cToday.\u201d<\/p>\n
The report stated that Ojeh died following a valiant fight against glioblastoma, a severe type of brain cancer. On her Instagram page, Jones posted a brief excerpt of the piece with the message, \u201cThank you, for all of your love and support. \u2764\ufe0f.\u201d Savannah Guthrie, who called Ojeh \u201can incredible person\u201d and acknowledged the great loss they feel for Jones and their three children, captured the team\u2019s affection and grief for him in the video.<\/p>\n
Guthrie said, \u201cAnd so we want to take a moment to tell you more about the remarkable man who was Sheinelle\u2019s perfect partner in life,\u201d just as a video montage featuring a collection of cute pictures of the pair started to play.
