Ghetto Kids’ MOVES and ENERGY Are Off the Scale! | Semi-Finals | BGT 2023

In one of the most electrifying performances of Britain’s Got Talent 2023, Ghetto Kids, the dance group from Uganda, lit up the stage during the semi-finals with a performance bursting with energy, precision, and joy. Their semi-final appearance wasn’t just a dance routine — it was a celebration of culture, resilience, and raw talent.

From the moment the music started, the crowd was on their feet. The group exploded onto the stage with high-octane choreography set to a medley of upbeat tracks, blending Afrobeat, pop, and global dance influences. Their synchronization, charisma, and playful style drew cheers and applause from the live audience and judges alike.

What made their performance even more emotional was the absence of one member, who was sidelined due to malaria. Despite that, he was present backstage, proudly supporting his fellow dancers — a touching reminder of the group’s unity and strength.

Judge Bruno Tonioli, who had previously hit the Golden Buzzer for them during auditions mid-performance — a first in BGT history — called them “a beam of light.” Alesha Dixon praised their “natural-born talent,” and the entire panel echoed admiration for their passion and spirit.

The public response was just as overwhelming — Ghetto Kids won the public vote, securing a well-deserved spot in the BGT Grand Final. Their journey from the streets of Kampala to the global stage of Britain’s Got Talent continued to inspire millions.

Their semi-final performance was not just entertainment; it was a moment of global joy, proving that talent, when powered by heart and hard work, knows no borders.
