Can’t believe this happened! 🤯 10 year old asks band at festival to let him play guitar..

Imagine being 10 years old, attending your first major music festival, and suddenly finding yourself on stage with one of your favorite bands. That’s exactly what happened to Montgomery, a young fan at the Outside Lands Festival in San Francisco. Holding a sign that read, “I’m 10. I came here to play with you,” he caught the attention of Green Day’s frontman, Billie Joe Armstrong. Intrigued, Armstrong invited Montgomery on stage, handed him a guitar, and together they performed a cover of Operation Ivy’s “Knowledge.” The crowd erupted in cheers, chanting “Monty” as the young guitarist showcased his skills.

This wasn’t the first time Green Day brought a young fan on stage. In a previous concert in Tampa, 10-year-old Aaron Waxler was invited to play with the band, impressing both the audience and the band members with his talent.

Similarly, the Foo Fighters had a memorable moment when 10-year-old Collier Cash Rule joined them on stage in Kansas City. After expressing his love for Metallica, he played “Enter Sandman” alongside the band, leaving frontman Dave Grohl and the audience in awe. Grohl was so impressed that he gifted Collier the guitar he played on stage.

These heartwarming moments highlight the incredible talent and passion young musicians bring to the stage. 🎶
